Hi Maggie, I was in Washington County earlier. There is a Motel at the intersection of the main highway and I 64 at Nashville that is pretty good. I found all the attractions, societies, and times of operation by going to Cyndislist.com and scrolling WAY DOWN to the individual counties. The court house was very friendly. The library is across the street from the court house and while it is small the people are very friendly. Nashville is the county seat and the courthouse isn't open on Saturday--you probably already knew that. Donna
