I want to thank everyone that suggested a way to fix my problem with my printer skipping every other page. Unfortunately none worked. I had to call microsoft techincal support. Turned out a program I had downloaded from the microsoft website called Internet Explorer Version 5.5 was causing the problem. It is Beta phase, whatever that means, and not compatible to my printer. I uninstalled it and my printer works fine. Thanks for everyone's suggestions, Kay
