I'm not sure if this is the right county or not. I have already searched the Illinois Marriage Index online and found nothing. Looking for a marriage between a William A. Penter/Panter and Sirena (Unknown) who got married about 1840. They moved to Franklin Co., Missouri about 1850 with their children, William, George and Sarah Ann. William Sr. and George enlisted in Arkansas for the Union Army in the Civil War. George and Sarah lived in Missouri for the rest of their lives. Any help would be appreciated, since I have hit a brickwall. Thanks, Susan
