They did, however, determine that the land was once part of Solomon MAXWELL's farm, despite the fact there were more members of the GUY family than any other buried there. Mike has even posted photos of the headstones. Some, especially that of Solomon's wife, Elizabeth, came out very well. http://www.iltrails.org/perry/springhillcem.html I'm not aware of any public record which contains the names of those buried there, but the site Trudy identified might help. There are other readings of this cemetery on various websites covering Perry Co, and some old listings available through the Perry County Historical Soc. Mike's list, which accompanies the photos, is the most current known to me. Mike is related to the LOGAN families, which, as you know, had a link to Charity through her daughter, Nancy (GUY) LOGAN. Should you ever find Charity's resting place, please let me know!
