Dear list: Last several issues I have been unable to open your email attachments. I have not changed my server. What can be the problem? The answer is that on list servers no attachments are allowed to pass. IT is just the way the list server is setup. anything under 10 kb is sufficient to send. anything over that it gets bounced back.
