Guys owned land circa 1850 surrounding Maxwell land. My Maxwells were from Blount Co., TN James Maxwell married Sarah More or Moore. Then his son John married Mary or Margaret Fose probably in TN. I believe these people (Maxwell, Moore, Fox families) lived in Lincoln Co., TN until they went to MO. Do you see a connection here?
