Hi, AOL members got on free a month or so back and I had the same problem. I would get Cook County which is Chicago for some of my names when clearly I was looking up Washington Co. Not all names took me there. I did find a lot of Washington Co. names. I thought it some kind of glitch in the system as sometimes it would be on Washington Co. and then change to Cook Co. Frustrating to say the least. I didn't know how to reach anyone to get it corrected.
