Thanks to the individuals that looked up Charles Osterman for me. Unfortunately, that Charles Osterman (born in Sweden) lived in the Quad Cities area is not the right date/age (1860) I have for him. The one I'm looking for was born about 1878 and married my great aunt Minna Christine Louise Boelling (sister to Ardien Boelling, born 3 Dec 1876). I still have not found their marriage in Washington County (which would be before 1900 as she is not living at home with her father Ernst Boelling) nor to Minna's second marriage to Rudolph Ratz (which then relocated to St Louis area, as I find her with him on the 1920 and 1930 St Louis Census).
