Ava, I have a Canon BJC 4300 and the cartridges are cheaper at Walmart than Office Depot for color but a tad bit more for black. For mine the cost of color is in the $25.range. I print out a lot of pictures so I NEED color.I saw on Tv that there kits you can buy to replace the ink in your color cartrides.I figure they will be in stores soon?If my color goes dry , even one then the printer won't work, so I keep it well fed.Hope I was some help.EM ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, February 01, 2000 8:34 AM Subject: Re: [ILWASHIN] printer help..... > In a message dated 02/01/2000 9:27:10 AM Eastern Standard Time, > [email protected] writes: > > > Not quite ready for Valpo yet.Not even brave enough for a trip to Walmart > > for a new color cartridge for the almighty printer.Soon.Em > > > OK......guys....need some advice here.....kids bought me a canon bjc-1000 > printer for Christmas.....yesterday the ink started printing green and now it > is yellow....I am assuming I am out of ink and need to buy a new > cartridge....Anyone have any idea on where is best place and cheapest and how > much they cost?
