I have been trying to find more information in St. Clair Co., IL, as I learned that my BUDDE family left Washington Co. between 1900-1903 and moved to East St. Louis City, IL. I have found at least two other families by the name of 'BUDDE' in the area which don't seem to be related to my line or each other. All seem to have the same first names so it is very confusing.
