Several BUDDE family members lived in Clinton County. He and Lizzie then lived around New Minden, Washington Co., Illinois in the 1890s. In 1900 they were living in Nashville, Washington Co., Illinois. But sometime between 1900-1902 they moved to East St. Louis City, Illinois which is in St. Clair Co., Illinois. Lizzie died young in April 1902, and at least the 2 or 3 youngest children grew up in a Childrens' Home in Hoyleton, Washington Co., Illinois. Their father and older children remained in East St. Louis City. By 1920, at least two of the children had moved to St. Louis City, Missouri to live. Hope this helps. Karen Long
