At least that is what I was told by Phil Jack awhile back. (There is no Hardees there or at least I hope not.) I don't know what the Foreman Memorial Methodist Church is except it was listed in my grandmother's obit as she was secretary of the woman's group there or something. I am interested in anything you find out also. Thanks Ava
Judy, I am also interested in this and I also cannot find the site you are referring to. I come up with Welcome to the First United Methodist Church....and no locator and nothing in red. http://www.west-point.org/users/usma1981/38405/genealogy/images/brink.html (watch the word wrap) I've sent this off to the known Brink family relatives that I know about on the Washington County, IL researcher list. Please let me know if you recognize anyone in the the three pictures. We had a very distant cousin contact Spieth Photo in Centralia, IL and have them dig up some old school pictures and re-print them. We may have a very good lead to a repository of old negatives of families in the Washington County area. John Greiman Highlands Ranch, CO
You're right I forgot that I linked over to it, sorry!!! http://www.hom.net/~fumcwrga/ This bring s up a church from GA. You should have a split screen? Howdy All, The weather looks promising and everything else seems to be in "working order"; except that Wayne has a case of "spring fever". Any more requests? Does anybody have anything else to ask about tomorrow? Do we have any idea of who will be showing up? Is the group going to be large enough that we will need to make lunch reservations? Please make all replies to us privately. Wayne & Marie [email protected] [email protected] http://genweb.net/~hinton/

Does anyone have any Ardrey's that they are researching? There is a hand written letter from a R. G. Ardrey during the Civil War. It is offered on E-bay right now, and is addressed back to Washington County. It is from Sherman's Campaign. <http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=232254134> Marci
