    3. Allison, could you please do me a favor? William Edgar Cotton was born in Danville, IL on 6 Oct 1868. What in the world were they doing in Danville? His parents were John Henry and Milly Ellen Jones. They are buried in Harrisburg, Illinois. I wrote to Illiana G.H.S. to get the 12 pages about the Cottons in Vermilion Co., but didn't really want the info if it didn't contain their names. It did not, so the researcher, Kathy Butcher, did not send it or cash my check. She says they was no Cotton in the 1860 nor was John Henry in the 1870 census either. Can you tell me how much a birth certificate (unnotarized) would cost? I would love to get one for Wm. Edgar. What I am asking is for you to call the courthouse to find out the cost of the birth certificate and I will write to get it right away. Thank you, Velda Moore
