I don't have anyone by the name of Stephen Robinson on the family tree, but I have Robinsons in Clay Co., KY and in Vermilion Co, IL at about the same times that you do. Here is my info: Julius ROBINSON from NC (no dates) m. Elizabeth McDANIELS from NC (no dates). They lived in Clay Co, KY and had at least 4 children: Edward (1842-1888), Jane (m. a BRADY), Jule, and Arthur. Edward (1842-1888) m. Mary Tennessee PHIPPS. They lived in Clay Co., KY and had 9 children: Tom, Robert, John (1870-1958), Rhoda, Paralee, Daniel, Joel, Mary Jane, and Julia. John ROBINSON (1870-1958) m. Emma Carline MOORE (1875-1963). They lived in Burning Springs, Clay Co, KY until 1902 when they moved to Indianola, Vermilion Co, IL (very near to Fairmount). They had 7 children: Ida, Eva (1897-1988), Edna, Homer, Harley, Herman, and Porter. Eva (ROBINSON) HEDGES was my grandmother. Are our families connected in any way?
