Hello. I've just recently re-subscribed to this list, and I'm hoping someone can help me answer some questions about my ancestor, Peter Wilson SILVER, born 1809 in KY. He lived in OH, IN, and finally IL. He belonged to some organziations, some in IL and some in IN. If you've ever heard of them, could you please let me know? AF & AM - Paxton, Ford Co., IL Blue Lodge - Elkhart Co., IN Chapter 18, Hoopeston, IL He was also given the Order of the Red Cross, Order of the Malta, and Order of the Temple in 1881, probably Paxton, Ford Co.
