Hello, As archivist for the Springer family I am only researching the descendants of Thomas LOUDERBACK. Prior to being in Vermilion Co. the family was in Highland Co., Ohio. Thomas was born in Virginia - I don't know were. Sarah Springer Louderback was born in Brown Co., Ohio but her family was from both Fayette Co. Penn. and Monongalia Co., (West Virginia.)
