My grandparents lived at Vinegar Hill and I was wondering-Has anyone else heard of it. My cousin found the Hollowell family homestead 1/2 mil north of Henning,IL where my great grandparents lived-- but there is no hill in site. So it must be someplace else in the Co. Why I need to know is -my mother's oldest brother died on that farm and may be buried there. Also if the Hollowell homestead was really a homestead-how do I get a copy of that?
