Diana: Pilot Township is NWof Danville and north of Oakwood (if you have a map). There are no towns of any significant size. Several years ago in combing records around Hampshire Co., WV I remember seeing the Stump name. I have no connection that I know of but its a place to start in WV. Hampshire Co. is located south of the PA border and not far from the MD line. It was known as Old Frederick Co. at one time. Good hunting! Marv Hoppin
