My grandfather Carlton Reid WEVER lived in Vermilion Co.,IL (between Ogden and Catlin) from 1916 until about 1923. His parents were Jacob W and Susan B CRAWFORD WEAVER of Lawrence Co.,IN I think her probably went to Illinois to find work and to Vermilions Co because of "family" - but my 85 year old mother doesn't remember. Jacob W WEVER (it's found spelled both ways) was the son of Joseph and Lucinda McDade WEVER - Susan CRAWFORD was the daughter of Young and Kizziah CRAWFORD Does this connect with any one?
