Are Brooks Point and Dukes cemetery one in the same, if not do they both exist ??? Are they both listed in the book of Vermilion Co. Cemeteries ? Edgar Co. existed before Vermilion Co., Edgar was created in 1823 and Vermilion in 1826. If a person died in 1824 where would he be buried, if Vermilion county was not yet in existence ?? Edgar County ? I am looking for Robert Cotton, (among others), he died in 1824. Thanks Lois
