Storm registered in Shelby County Illinois. He listed a wife and baby, not names, and lived in Windsor, Ash Grove Twp., Shelby County Illinois. Shelby County is several counties away from Vermilion County (Danville). This may or may not be related. Silas is listed in Shelby Co. in the 1900 census with his parents.
