In my family tree there was a James Vance Boughner who had 9 children. One of the nine was William Leroy Boughner, born in 1852 at Mr. Morris, PA. Squire William Leroy Boughner had four children with his wife Jane Naomi Delawder and one of the children's name was Matilda. I don't have a year to give you for Matilda's birth or if it's the same person you are seeking, since there is a difference in the years you are describing.
