Catlin and Sarah Jane Hamilton. Sarah Jane (Hamilton) Catlin was listed in the 1900 Census in Johnson County, Kansas, Lexington Twp., living with my great grandfather Jesse Emerson Rogers, and his father Horace Mendenhall Rogers. May Emma had passed away on April 8, 1899. Sarah Jane Catlin is listed as Horace's mother-in-law, age 56, a widow, born in May 1844? (hard to read), born in Iowa, father born in Virginia, mother born in Kentucky. I have the Catlin's listed in Lee County, Iowa in 1870, with May Emma at home. I can not find them in 1880!
