    3. Granny said this is not related to hers, is it yours because of the date, 1824 country, settled at a very early date and figured conspicuously in public affairs. The father of our subject only lived two years after coming to this county, dying when a young man, in 1824. He left a widow with a family of seven children of whom Henry was next to the youngest Granny. If you have access to the "History of Vermilion County", ( ICHS - DHR 977.365), on page 110, there is a biographical sketch on Robert Cotton. What could have happened to him ??? He came to the county, before it was formed in 1822 and was dead by 1824. You have been so informative and I don't really expect you to know the answers, believe me. I am four hours or better north of Danville in Wisconsin, so at this point in time it is a bit out of the question for me to get down there and find answers the experts can't answers. Thank you for all your help. Lois ==== ILVERMIL Mailing List ==== "The Past, and Present, Building a Future for Our Children."
