Also a couple of houses away was a Hattie oe Hatte Goff with her son Lewis Goff. You probably already have this. I thought maybe this Goff would be Jennie's mother and brother.

    2. Hi, My Grandpa had a brother, Bill Cook, who was the custodian at Potomac School. My Cook's lived all around Potomac beginning in 1859. I would love to know if anyone would have a picture of Bill. His wife was Anna Lowrance. They both are buried in the Potomac Cemetery. Thanks, Ellie Cook Stephens

Their phone # is 217-447-5528 and they can inform you of the fee and give you instructions. Address is 319 N Vermilion St Danville, Il 61832 Archives Dept. Papemortuary.com is a web site that has the obit info indexed. John Francis Hanney died 4-23-1956 and is buried in Spring Hill Cemetery Mildred Hanney died 2-8-1976 and is buried in Spring Hill Cemetery. Hope this helps Granny

Using the SSDI, I located Vermilion County, Il as being the last residence of James Lee Franklin Griggs. He was born 8 apr 1888 and died 7 mar 1968. In the photo, he is a young boy. Others in the photo are Thada Almira Griggs Madine, born 28 aug 1884, died 5 jan 1907, Mary Susan Griggs Carrington, born 29 dec 1881, died 9 apr 1955, Mary Adaline Landrith Griggs, born 28 sept 1859, died 11 july 1905 Amos Milton Griggs.
