I found this on ancestry.com and was given by a great great grandson to Jacob Cooper. Jacob was first married to Sarah Stanfield. They had the following children... Hanna 1849-died before 1860 Robert 1850-died before 1860 Gerard 1852-1929 Samuel Then Jacob was married a second time to Elizabeth Ridgeway. They had the following children.... Sarah J. Cooper Mary F. (Maggie) 1860_? married to Joseph Whitlock I have a subscription to ancestry, but I think everyone can look at the lineages from families. When I got to the home page for ancestry.com, I typed the name of Hanna Cooper. When the page comes up showing information for her, I scrolled down to the bottom where it says ancestral files..or something like that. I click on that and a page comes up. I then scrolled to the bottom of the page and there is a place where you can add what the name of her father was. That will narrow down your Hanna Coopers.

I am looking for Henry Cook, he married Olive E Cummins in Champaign, Champaign, IL 10/3/1872; however, someone suggested I look over here as well as there are Cooks from this county as well. I do not know when he came to America as he was born in England 12/6/1846. I am looking as to when he came to America, his passage over here, the name of the ship, etc... I am also curious did he travel as a child or an adult did he come with family and where did he live before he married Olive. If anyone may know this info I would be greatly appreciative. Thank You Natasha
