Google "Illinois Statewide Marriage Index" to see this record. I suspect "Frodge" is Frogg or Frogge. There were families by this name in Union County and reportedly also in Franklin County. In 1870 Albert and Ellen's household was in Township 7 South, Range 2 East, in Franklin County, Post Office: Big Muddy (pages 15 & 16). Nearby were the households of David Lookinbee 47 NC, Adam Lookinbee 49 NC, and Joseph and Catherine Broadway. Heritage Quest's 1870 census index shows the name as "Naugle".
