There was a Pearl Dillow that was head nurse at Anna State Hospital which is now called Choate Mental Health Center. They lived in a house at the front gate of the facility. I don't know if this is the same lady or not. Oh, I bet it was her. My grandmother told me that her uncle's property adjoined the Anna State Hospital and that Pearl and her husband did work for her uncle. How do you know this information? There were four sisters and their mother died when my grandmother, the youngest, was two or so. The sisters, all but Pearl, moved away from the area.
