The pageant's finals are scheduled for to air on the TLC network beginning 7 p.m. Central Standard Time. I thought this was Union Co IL History as this young lady is the only Miss Illinois from Union Co IL. She is the daughter of Bill and Belinda Davis Hatfield of Anna IL.
