Terry Garner Ray died this week, he lived in Jonesboro. He was the son of George Waymon Ray and Ruby Jewell Keller Ray. They divorced, she moved to Chicago and Terry moved back after his mother died approximately 20 years ago. The time frame of her death may not be accurate. He had no contact with the rest of his family, either side, except for his father who bought him a house at one point. I wish I could have met him before he died. I didn't even know that he lived in Jonesboro. Does anybody know if any of his Keller relatives are around anymore? This is the information I have on Ruby's family from the 1930 census. Is Terry's father Waymon Ray that was employed at Choate Mental Health Center or is he of a different Ray family ? Cheryl, I have a William Roy Keller on my family tree. He married my father's aunt. He was murdered in 1935 in Springfield, IL. Very suspicious event, the crime was never solved.
