Marianne....it's nice to see your name in the e-mail list. Nice to have someone from southern IL running for Miss IL..... I keep wondering how your Mother is? I hope things are good for her and you.....we just seem to get older and older and slower and slower.....but we do try to do some family history. I'm still working on proving or disproving that we have a Cherokee Indian line in our ancestry...Also, I think I've told you I have a second cousin who thinks we have Indian blood on the Lowery line back to NC..... Louise, Do you by chance have a James H Lowery in your Lowery line do you? I have him marrying a Louisa Anderson and a Sarah Garner. James was born in TN and died in Williamson Co IL.
