    3. Patricia, You are right on with all these and most are in my direct line except I cannot verify the Ann Noble Barger. There was an Anna born in 1888 to William David Noble and Sarah Emma Clutts (William David was the son of Wm and Sarah) but I have never found a marriage anywhere for her? It may be that they got married in Missouri as that seems it was a popular thing to do back then. Thanks again for all your help. 3. To Patricia, I'm not sure if this went through the first time, so I'm resending this, sorry if it is a duplicate request. I am looking for information on my great grandfather William Henry Davis, who lived in Ridge Precinct, Union Co. on the census dated 2 July 1880. He was married to a Lucinda Yates and had 3 children, John born 1873, William b)1874 and Nora Bell (B) 1880, all in Illinois. Some time after this census William Henry died, because Lucinda remarried a James S.Stone on 18 May 1884 in Cobden. She states on her marriage license that she is widowed. I am looking for an obit, probate or guardianship papers on the family. After 1800 census I can't find any thing on the children until the year 1900 when all 3 children got married. So some one must have taken the children in and raised them. I would appreciate any help.
