Mary, I have read some of the e-mails about the Alexander family, My mother is from Tunnel Hill, Johnson Co, IL...there were several people in Tunnel Hill that were from an Alexander family....the history says they came early from North Carolina..was in Wilson Co., TN and then to Williamson Co. and Johnson Co.....Gideon, Wilson, L.D., etc. If you think this information would be of help, let me know.
