Does anyone have any documentation that John Jr Stokes wife's maiden name was GWIN ? Reason I ask is...I think it's possible that Mary GWIN is the 2nd wife of John Sr STOKES f/o John Jr. and that John Jr STOKES wife could have been Mary ANDERSON (m 12-23-1824 Union Co, IL). Since I'm posting, does anyone happen to know John Sr STOKES (1778-1854) 1st wife's name ? He'd be the one who married (1839) to Cynthia PENDER.
