His wife was Henrietta Courtney Tppie Duncan, and they were married in Athens County, OH in 1849. It is thought that James was killed in Union County between 1860 and 1864. Henrietta returned to Athens County with her family, and she died there in 1864. What happened to James; where is he buried? Thanks, John
