Donna, are you the one who wrote to me about an Indian baby girl being found along the Trail of Tears and was raised by a white family? Also, I haven't sent my material about the Indian traditions that are in my Greer family to Bill Oliver who is starting a box about Indian traditions, expecially from southern IL. Things are busy at Christmas and I still have to contact a couple more cousins who should know a 'tradition'.... But what I want to know is, about your Prince line. I have a Prince line that married into the Larkin Smyth family.... they were in TN, then southern IL and then to MO......They were married in Hardeman Co., TN, in 1846, moved to Johnson Co., IL, then to Dent Co. MO, he had a grist mill there..... his name, George Prince, her's Mary J. Smyth......they had 8 children....his father was John Prince.
