The Southern Illinoisan, Carbondale, Illinois, Thursday, March 7, 1974 TONY COTTONE Tony. Cottone, 77, 102 Maple St., Anna, died at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Union County Hospital. Mr. Cottone was a member of the First Christian Church in Anna. He was born Jan. 14, 1897 in Italy to Charles and Nena MITCHELL COTTONE. He married the former Margaret GADDIS, June 23, 1923. Surviving are his wife, two sons, Charles of Marion and Eddie of Anna; a brother, Nino of Italy; five grandchildren and one great-grandson. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the First Christian Church in Anna with the Rev. Robert SHELL officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery. Friends may-call after 4 p.m. Friday at. the Crain Funeral Home in Anna.
