I am looking for information on Adam VANCIL, b. 1859 IL, who married Anna JOHNSON in Union Co. in 1886. On the 1870 census, I believe this Adam VANCIL was living in Jackson Co. with Enoch HILL b. 1818 KY. I would love to find out why Adam was living with the HILL family, and if Enoch HILL died in Union Co. (can't find a record of his death in Jackson Co.) Thanks in advance for any help!
