Hello List, According to SSDI there is a listing for a THEODORE NEAL B; Aug.22,1907 in KY D: June 1956 in Illinois. I think this is a relative of mine that I have been looking for, according to his mothers obit of 1947, his last known address was in Peoria,Ill. Would any one now where I could find a copy of his obit to see if he is my long lost relative. Where would I send for a copy of his death certificte, and could I get one with just the year? I am on the board at the library and came across a 1909 Book of Contagious Disease. I have index all of the names in the book that runs from 1909-1928, it lists the household that was quarantined and the family name, sometime the children in the house and their age. Let me know if you need a look up. Kim
