The family went west by the Oregon Trail in 1852 and the children wrote to both sets of grandparents, along with a number of other relatives. One letter was to Mary Augusta Brown (identified as a cousin), who I *SUSPECT* was d/o Elijah Brown & Mary Thompkins Scott. Can anyone confirm this?
