Looking for information on Robert Barnard listed in the 1870's census index as 39, white, married and born in England. They lived in Morton TWP, Tazewell county. They had five children, 3 boys and 2 girls. My great grandfather Robert Henry Barnard was one of their sons and he was born Feb. 10, 1863 in IL. Robert Henry married Hannah Evelyn McCloud who was from Deer Creek, Tazewell county in the early 1880's. Their first child Raymond was born March 19, 1884. My grandmother Florence Lydia Barnard was born in Jan. 1888 in IL. The other 7 children were born later and likely in other states. It is very possible that Robert Henry Barnard and Hannah Evely McCloud were married in Tazewell County. THank you for any help you can give.
