    3. Little bit I could find was: Cooper was a station on the Chicago, Pekin, & Southwestern RR. First settled in 1872. Had a post office from 1878-1904. Discontinued as a settlement on April 30, 1904. Log Cabin Station was a station on the Illinois Traction System (Interurban).
