Cheryl or anyone with the answers: Can anyone tell me where there is a death index for Tazewell Co. for 1886, especially for the City of Pekin? If so, who can access it, is it on line, or do I have to pay someone to check out a name. Don't want to send money to some dept. only to find they don't have that name. Thanks for any explanations.
