    3. I would be very interested in any information on this family. I have other roots from Tazewell from the opposite side of my family research. Robert Barnard married Rachel Chaffer and they lived in Tazewell. Rachel's father was Abraham Chaffer who owned a lot of farming land in the Deer Creek area. I was very surprised to learn of the Scully's also being in Tazewell when I started researching that branch of the family. Small world!
