The book in question was issued to each public library in the state of IL (or at least in our library system), and should be available to look at in any public library in the state. There is no online listing as far as I know of, but there may be a way to order them electronically. In any case, a librarian would have to access the microfilm for you, and the microfilm would have to be used in the library that borrowed it--in other words, if the Freeport Public Library borrows it, you would have to use the microfilm in one of the Freeport Public Library's machines. We have the book, and I would be able to look up what the holdings would be for a particular town or area. Beyond that, I might be able to help further depending on the circumstances.
