    3. Hello, I agree, I don't believe we can cast blame on this. I haven't had the time to go check out the site fully, but I did hear that it is an ongoing processes. I might make the suggestion that if anyone would like to see marriage databases and other information, such as the census on line, that you volunteer to type some records up and submit them to either the county website or donate them to the USGenWeb Project's Archives.
