Gary <<< <HALAL00@aol.com> 6/12 8:41a >>> Hello, I have recently found some information on a g-g-grandfather, Samuel DANIELS, and his brother James DANIELS. A record that I found says that they enlisted on 4/6/63 and mustered into "D" Co. IL 12th Cavalry, and were both discharged for disability on 2/1/64. It also says that their residence was Freeport IL. Does this mean than they were living in Freeport in April 1863, or that this is where they came to enlist? Also, could someone please remind me of the web site where I could order copies of their Civil War records? Thanks, Nicky Eickerman Vancouver, Wa. ==== ILSTEPHE Mailing List ==== Due to other responsibilities, I need to give up "Stephenson County ILGenWeb".
