Both the Belleville public library http://www.compu-type.net/rengen/stclair/stchome.htm and St. Louis city library have various years of the above directory on film and will make photocopies at cost plus postage - Belleville charges $10 per hour plus copy (50 cents from film) and mailing costs, payable in advance. Can probably copy 4 to 5 directories for one surname in an hour. They can estimate this for you.
