I am looking for information on Eugene Blattner who died April 9, 1999, East St Louis, St Clair Co, IL. I have spoken to The Monitor, Belleville Public Library, and East St Louis Library today and no one could give me any information. He is listed in Social Security Death Index. I am trying to verify him as a cousin of my father. Any suggestions. Pat
