Good question, please reply to the list. :o) Speaking of arriving in New Orleans, does anyone have ancestors that came aboard the ship "London" that left from Bremen, Germany and arrived in New Orleans 23 Dec 1846? My husband's immigrant ancestor, Hubert Hartmann, was on board. Just curious if any list member's ancestor was also.
